Xeyla - or what Water Tribe believe, "Sea Goddess", the truth is, she is not really a goddess, she does not contain such a power to actually control all seas or animals, she is more of a spirit like entity, embodiment of nature and ocean flora itself.
She can manipulate water near her, but to a degree, making own dry path on the ocean floor for example [sth like she would walk in small tunnel that would collapse after her, but still being in that air bubble]
She is rly positive and cheerful, but dont be fooled, in combat she is fast and precise.... but thats not gonna rly happen, bc she is not a fan of fighting. You would need to rly piss her off!
As her home, underwater caves and beautiful beaches on islands where Water Tribe reside.
Other Stuff:
Height - 8'3ft / around 2,5m
Age - unknown, but body look always like a young adult
Abilities - water control/manipulation
Her scales are rly reflective due to fact that they are always moist [if u know rainbow boa then u know how she would look in sunny day]
