The twin chambered sapper allows for simultaneous loading and fire with its iconic rotary chamber, though it's seen a lot less use in service as faults in its design crop up. Often the grenade loaded would slip out the bottom chamber when fired, leading to awkward reloads.
For the most part its been entirely replaced by its break action counterparts for being more reliable, if more bulky.
