I remember reading this story when I was a child. It’s found in the book entitled "Bedtime Stories" where Bouncy Ben has a bath to ease his stress but ends up adding too much bubble bath. It creates a giant bubble that he soon rides on (not inside it) for the purpose of excitement.

Nowadays it would be impossible to find and read online but I’m satisfied to share this image as proof of existence. I do apologize if the quality of the photo is bad.
