Silvia is the first thing that comes to mind.
A little confused on where the other snakes are coming from. Is it like, two snake headed tails and one normal tail? Do they just have a two headed pet snake that's just hanging behind her frills? Are the snakes coming from her back like wings? IS IT JUST A ILLUSION!? I need answers.
