People used to ask me why Lilith isn't wearing a berret like other Smeargles do.
I drew her without it with the intention to differentiate her from other Smeargles. She has a hat but she wears it rarely, mostly when it's raining or when it's very cold. So when I tried to draw her with a hat, I thought "why not the rest of her wardrobe that go with it?", so here we go.
