"Kaiser Wolfgang IV" is a Dictator and successor of the "Wolfgang Family"
after taking his father's (Wolfgang III) powers through "assassination" and faked his death in which they claimed the cause of death was suicide, with his friend who is also an army "major" named "Schrödinger"
not because of the thirst for power but because of the incompetent leadership by his father (Wolfgang III) which almost brought downfall to the country.
