The commander of the Venomian forces on the planet Rolippe, Suraman had a seemingly unusual goal of trying to keep as many of his men alive as possible. Especially once young conscripts began to fill their ranks. It was this behavior that caused him to challenge Fox to a duel, during the team’s attack on the planet. Despite being shot down, he’d survive the engagement, ordering his forces to stand down as they had agreed.
