I know I haven't said anything for a while especially about what I've dubbed "Hurricane Sauce"
A Hurricane Sauce is made from the peppers in my garden that are ripe and picked prior to sheltering the plants in my garage before a hurricane hits. It is literally a sauce that will never be reproduced, they are a 1 shot sauce only. Yes I do have a Hurricane Ian sauce but like the rest I am holding off till I can get my web store situated.
These are the peppers for the Hurricane Nicole sauce, the hurricane should be hitting Florida sometime Wednesday night so sauce time :p
The peppers are
top left Scotch Bonnets
top right Devils Tongue
middle left Trinidad Viper
middle right Carolina Reaper
bottom left Rooster Spur
bottom middle Jalapeno
bottom right cayenne
the peppers in the middle of the top row, I have no clue what those are, the seed came from the same packet as the Scotch Bonnet plants but they are clearly NOT Scotch Bonnets.
All these will be going into a brine ferment for a minimum of 2 weeks..........
Until then

This will be quite edible and not nearly as hot as my previously posted sauce which is 2/3 Carolina Reapers and 1/3 habanero peppers https://www.furaffinity.net/view/49066718/
