Sorry, for the late response, I haven't logged into this account for a while.
SB means 'starting bit' and is the minimum amount required to bid
AB means 'auto buy' and bidding this amount or more will instantly win you the auction.
The policy is, however, that I would have to see that the bidder has some pictures uploaded to their account and a profile pic, this is because I got scammed a in the past by an unverified account.
