The two new guys, at first, looked like maybe... alternate versions of Akito or something. Outfits are similar to his, certainly, but hair is different, and that could be enough to distinguish them.
Even if they are in no way related to him, the two look related to each other in some way, since they are so similar-looking. Good/bad personalities of the same person perhaps?
