The UIA-Foundation is the SCP-Foundation of the Multiverse. In a universe where anomalous is found around every corner, amongst the world of humans, anthros, aliens, and robots. There needed to be another organization that focused on deciphering what should be locked up and under constant surveillance, and what should be allowed to roam free. Founded by the mayor of Dragon City (the past version of SilverCity) in 2021, the Foundation has lived and expanded on all the way to 3077. Springing up different Containment Sites all around the globe. Site SN-O, Site T.R.E.E, Site SunShine, Site Sanz, Site F.R.E-E.Z.E, Site H2o, and the very first one coming all the way back from 2021, Site-C.U.B.E. The Foundation has also set up a small Site in the middle of SilverCity, nicknamed, Site-T.U.C (Temporary UIA Containment.) As the Site is meant to house small and safe anomalies, or only temporarily house dangerous ones for study as they wait for available transport to a larger, more equipped Site. Site-T.U.C started off as a small warehouse in the middle of Dragon City, but as the years went by, it got constructed more and more into a proper, more secure Facility, in the middle of SilverCity. As the universe of SilverCity takes place in a wider Multiverse, of course both the UIA-Foundation, and the SCP-Foundation are aware of each other. However thankfully, they do not pose a threat towards each other. When absolutely need be they may work together. But mostly they stick to their own work. Any anomaly is fair game. There are two main timelines for the UIA-Foundation. 2022, and 3077, as these are the two timelines frequently visited by Red Small.
