Ohmylord I've been working on this on/off since July, no joke.
This is my mother's christmas present this year. I just hope I can get it printed somewhere nice.
Everything was drawn by me in sai, even the screentones. There are over 20 hand-drawn patterns used in this piece, each layered so they don't touch each other in a feather. XD Ahhh... but yes. my mother is a Buddhist and likes phoenixes and my pattern doodles. -shrug- It fit.
