When Sakura’s diaper reaches max capacity from her massive loads of floof poop, she has a very silly way of making room for more. Using a special hose, she can attach one end to her diaper butt and the other to another person’s diaper butt, and transfer her doughy load and plump up the other’s diaper butt. Here we see her transferring her lovely doughy loads to her brothers Ethan and Darny, who seem to be loving the transfer process as their diapers plump up more. Afterwards, Sakura decided to continue the transfer process until both her brother’s diapers are fully blobbed up, as she happily loads her diaper more.
