Bet you didn't think this was gonna be the next TTTE character I was gonna draw huh

For those who don't know this guy's from an obscure magazine story and I chose to draw because his basis is cool, I kinda went back and forth on whether or not to give him a TVS-Styled grey face or just give him the regular coach-like face but I went with the later for recognizability sake, if I ever draw him again it'll probably be with the TVS grey face

Since this guy never got a name I just titled this 10201 (one of the numbers of his basis) since it's a helluva better name than "BACKGROUND WORKSHOP DIESEL FROM CHIFF CHAFF", might give him an actual name later on, for some reason I'm thinking of something like Irving for him, don't know why
