Well, this is the last artwork from that challenge. I've posted almost everything, except for only three pieces, that I don't really like, but it would be too difficult and senselessly to fix them.

Here you see Elseura, Lord's world, and his castle, which is as ancient as its owner. And also Khas and Tardie, who first appeared in this part of Universe, already deserted and almost barren in those days. They're still far from the World Eater's lair, and yet, they allready realize that their path brought them to a very special place.

Why did I choose this world and this moment? And how does this relate to the circle?
All the matter is that once I already drew Elseura in the same colors with this lonely castle in the distance. I didn't know then, what this place was, but I couldn't get it out of my head. In that piece, Khas was alone, and he was looking into the distance at the mysterious silhouette of dark towers in the same way that he and Tardie are now looking.

Later, when I already knew what this place was, I thought many times, that Khas hadn't been in Elzeura until the day when he came there with Tardie. But all this time, all the years of his wanderings, he was constantly circling around Elseura. Looking for answers to the questions, that haunt him (why do worlds become empty and entire parts of the Universe turn into nothing?) he slowly, round and round, approached these dark lands, to this answer. And finally, many years later, the circle narrowed enough to see what all this time was only somewhere in the distance.

As for this piece, it's an illustration of the actual events of the plot, where he came to Elseura side by side with a friend.
