My attempts to paint mixing watercolor and tempera continue! This time I dared tackling a character drawing, and decided to use Shadi for the purpose. The base drawing itself was not amazing, but since it was an experiment I didn't want to waste too much time on it.
Overall I'm quite happy with the result! It's much more time consuming than my usual watercolor-only style, and patience is not exactly my strong suit, but I think it has a lot of potential for future illustration. Still, I have a lot to learning to do before attempting more serious works.
