Lethal_Doors ! This ones of a more merc-y scav/pirate type guy. Less organized than the others I've posted, but far more common. The shields on his lower set of arms are actually the most common thing they tend to carry there in combat, them and a rifle in the upper two, allowing the lower arms to drop what they're holding and do whatever, and allowing them to not wear as much restrictive body armor as they otherwise might.
