This time the villain girls are preyed upon. We also see the faintest outline of whoever is doing this.

I also have a name for this foe that seems to enjoy binding women of power in unbreakable ropes that sap their powers.

His name is Incubus.

I'm working on some details for him but I'll let your imaginations lead you for the moment.

Not that I don't mind Ms. Goddess Wannabe is now the one bound up, this troubles me that he doesn't seems to discriminate who he bounds up. This guy needs to be stopped.
