All that effort I put into the face, and jpg compression/resizing turns everything into a smudge. Anyways, this is one of the rare occasions where something came out looking exactly the way it did in my head; also, now you can see the snot.
He's not snarling - that expression is a fear grin.

Since I like to focus on the weird things, I love the details in his nose! The little wrinkles and bumps are awesome. <3
Also love for werewolves that aren't elegant, beautiful noble things, I like better the ones that are more beasty! I'll fav the full picture instead of this one though.

You know...? There's something disturbing to me in this Lycanthrope's Visage. It's like the time when I first looked at the double sized, Lupine head built up for the movie "Wolf" and recognized subtle facial similarities in the canine face and that of the actor Jack Nicholson's
It's interesting you mention that. I had the issue of Cinefex where the artists mentioned the details of how they went about making the wolf resemble him, and I was very much impressed. It made a discernable impact on how I draw werewolves, and is a big reason why I prefer a humanoid face to just plunking a generic wolf's head on there.
Yeah! Yeah! I mean the facial muscle groups are pretty similar, but stretched over a different "Framework." That's also another thing I like about your werewolves and other 'morph critters. They look like they're "Whole" beings, and not merely a composite of human and animal forms stuck together.
