Ability: the front facing prongs will spin and when it reaches maximum capacity, emits and fires a lightning bolt that stuns or paralyses anybody hit by it. Also includes a power source via a battery that powers it by flipping down the front prongs to reveal the energy housing and interior. Side panels are used for revealing the scope housing by opening and bringing it up for the user.
