With my favourite season coming to its annual conclusion, and with the dreaded promise of another Canadian winter, I would like to celebrate autumn's arboreal beauty one last time.

Graceful, slender Aspens and tall, elegant Birches. (Betula)
Ancient, majestic Oaks. (Quercus)

I hope that I got the correct names for the trees...I'm afraid that my Latin is a bit rusty (ferrugineo) ;)
