Jake the kangaroo mouse is good because he qualifies for my "furry wide haunches" rule--also because he rides all sorts of shtuff and I wouldn't particularly mind if he shanghaied me in the middle of the outback and demanded I take him where he wants to go He was fun to draw, but has re-kindled my hatred for drawing hats.

UPDATE 4-20-07: Jake, now with 20% more hippage! After drawing him I actually found some story books I had and saw I actually didn't draw Jake's hips large enough. Mmmm.... kangaroo mouse.
