Luzy Solaire was born and raised in a unspecified region. She would rather keep that information private. She did come from a rich family, but nothing is known about her family either despite having the last name Solaire.

Luzy graduated at the top of her class with exceptional capabilities and was reported to be one of the best upcoming rookie officers joining the police force. She’s fierce, but she does have a nice side when you get to know her.

She isn’t completely oblivious to the politics and dangers going around in the world unlike most other cops. In fact she’s arrested other officers Colluding with criminals. The looming threat is daunting, but she’s willing to try to fight it in order to bring back some kind of order in this chaotic world she lives in.

She seeks to bring justice, but isn’t entirely sure why or what kind of justice she wants. She always wanted to be some kind of hero, but is this how she’ll become one or is it just another dead end? It’s not going to be easy to play by the rules, but she’ll try.

Personality
She’s very prideful and she’ll always try to get things done. Justice must be served to those who break them and always wants to control the situation. However, she doesn’t like losing and hates when she can’t do anything. It kinda hurts her pride as a Luxray and a symbol of justice.


Appearance
Normally she’d be wearing her standard Officer Jenny uniforms (Gen 1) with an electric motif symbols, but unfortunately she finds herself in civilian clothes and perhaps naked when dealing with criminals more often.
She has a star like earring and has a star marking on her belly.

Julie
Luzy doesn’t like criminals of any sort and despite Julie being a petty thief, she’s still a criminal in the eyes of the law. If there’s one thing she does like about Julie. Is that she’s very pure hearted and usually does things in the goodness of her heart or to serve some kind of justice. However the kindness she see’s from Julie most of the time ends up helping the wrong people.

Whitney Midday Lycanroc
Whitney is Luzy’ s partner of justice and is usually the one that makes the wise decisions and plays the good cop.
Although a very concerning thing Luzy always has to worry about is Whitney's tendency to fantasize and her rather open mind. Really makes Luzy question if Whitney joined the police force for the greater good or just for herself. Either way she’s a very competent fighter and that’s mostly an asset to the team.

Milo the Meowstic(M)
An office worker that seems very nice and is always willing to talk with Luzy. They met each other when Luzy came and saved him when he was attacked by Team Plasma and has kept in touch with each other ever since that incident.

“Yeahhh it’s a new policy from the higher ups.”
“WHAT!? You can’t be serious! I can’t show my ID with me being naked!”
“Don’t worry they’ll crop it up to your shoulder. No one will notice!”

And that’s my reasoning for why I didn’t bother drawing her in clothes. I got more important things to draw. XD
