I now have a really good chub~ For being a fairly ominous sounding variant along with a decently intimidating size compared to most Raichu (standing at over 6 ft. tall!), Rogan is actually a very friendly and easygoing Pokemon, happy to give a hug to anyone who wants one! His favorite food happens to be honey, and, the darker the honey is, the better~ Sometimes he'll resist eating the honey and instead bait other honey eaters in because they're likely filled with honey too, right? His main enemy is Ursaluna because they are the strongest honey eaters that he can't just zap and call it a done fight, so all he can do is run away from them as best he can! Fortunately, Ursaluna are very rare to run into, and Teddiursa and even Ursaring are easy enough for him to subdue, among other honey eaters~
