Another updated ref sheet for an old character of mine.

Wally and his sister Michelle both stay next door to Puffy and Clover. Wally sort of fancies himself as an exemplary "manly" dog but doesn't stop him from wearing hair bows or taking part in his favorite hobby of collecting plushies which he shares with his mate Muffin. He also loves munching on hamburgers as well as candy. In fact some say his appetite for sweets can rival Puffy's.

Wally's overall design hasn't changed much from his original. The bows he wears on his ears are either green, purple, yellow with red poka-dots or leopard-spotted patterned. He's quite chubby from his scarfing on burgers and sweets though not as hefty as Puffy and Meer.
