Here's another little something from a while back that I never posted. It's real simple, but I kind of like it anyway (because the style looks odd and mildly more interesting than usual). When I was still trying to get back into the grove of drawing from not having done so for a while.

Anvikit! You should all check her out! Her style is cute, fun, and super-charming! (And she offers very, very affordable commissions! $2 sketches and $10 full color watercolors *nudge**nudge*; definitely worth a look!)
A little payback for all the great art she's done for me recently. ;)

SAI is a great program. Easy to use, simple enough to cover your basic essentials, doesn't lag like Photoshop/some other larger "professional" programs. It's become my go-to digital art program, for sure! And the price is cheap (compared to other digital art programs, ie: Photoshop/Corel, which will run $200+), only around $60 USD. Definitely worth the consideration.
I haven't had a tablet in years, haha. I have a small tablet PC and have been using that for years. (I like having a tablet PC because I travel a lot and commute a lot also; it lets me work on the go and is easy to bundle up and carry my workstation with me!)
Mine is from HP, but if you're interested in investing in tablet PC, I'd suggest you do research yourself. Mine is an older model from a few years back when HP first came out with their tablet PC models; I'm sure there are better/more affordable one now that suits your budget/needs.
