A human character? Not technically, no. Blake is a Zoroark with a human disguise, living in Unova and trying to get a college education.
A friend told me of an interpretation of Zoroark that I really liked, where they were effectively brood parasites and left their young Zorua with humans, only to be found out once their illusion abilities developed and dropped the forced illusion their biological mothers placed on them. Blake's abilities never showed up, resulting in him living with his adoptive family for 14 years.
He thought of himself as human the entire time, unaware of his true nature until he was hit by a stray attack, causing his biological mother's illusion to fail. Due to this, he was ostracized by all of his friends, and is quite shy of his true self as a result.
His disguise has features from his Zoroark form that he can't get rid of, namely the red coloring around his eyes and on the edges of his mouth, his eyes, his claws, and his hair. A friend he met in college suggested leaning fully into those features, leading to his current choice of clothing -- passing off the features as just part of the outfit.
