Since Nephthys said that her and Obeliotep were going to comeback together like they were in the past I can think of two possibilities for the relationship between characters.
1) After Seth's death and Anubis honors the deal he made with Teo/Acarius fully resurrecting him and his wife. Nephthys will make him a physical doppelganger of her second life with all her memories and mannerisms as Helena. As she goes to be with Obeliotep, while Teo/Acarius and new Helena leave back home to Rome.
2) Same as the 1st guess Seth's dead and Anubis honors the deal and full resurrection for Teo/Acarius and Nephthys. Nephthys and Obeliotep reunited as a couple, while Teo/Acarius becomes a couple with Nineveh.
We can only wait for the answer to come later and who knows maybe something entirely different might happen.

It seems like Nephthys had dodged Obeliotep's question about her love for Teo. Considering that she as Helena and Teo were about to have a child, and the fact that they were happily married since the end of Battle of Gladiators comic until the day they died. After all the smallest amount of time can make a great impact through one's life. Finally, the fact she only said that she loved Obeliotep and not anything about her feelings for Teo since "...that's what really matters." I can assume that she does have some feelings for Teo.
Secondly, why did Nephthys disappear/fade away? Did Bastet's spell have a time limit? Did Sekhmet back at Nexus interrupt the spell? Or did her soul go where other dead gods go in Egypt?
