During this takeover, Yggradsill takes full control of Night's body but puts the digimon in a kind of dimension where Night is put in a waking state allowing his survival. But in this Chaos form, Night has no control, it is Yggradsill who is present, to protect his creation.

In his Chaos form, Night attacks as an ally, as an enemy, as an innocent, anything that might be a threat to Night must be eliminated without hesitation, Night's power is extremely increased due to Yggdrasill's consciousness and is above all extremely violent , destroying everything that can help eliminate, any being wanting to harm its creation

When Yggdrasill gives way to Night, he removes all feelings of rage and traumatic memories that are too important, to prevent Night from being the slightest memory of the actions, or of Yggdrasill to keep his creation in a state that is for him the most stable. When Night returns, most of the time he is unconscious but in a less serious condition but with no memory of what happened during the release of his deepest rage.
