That's true, but as much as people want entertainment, I want money! I used to put out a lot more work, but I was working enough to be doing this as a part-time job and getting stiffed or yelled at for being too pricey. Hell, every few months, I commission people or do trades because it would be hypocritical not to.
Well, if you made an art CD or something though, how many pictures would you have to put on it to make it worth selling? And how much would you charge for the CD? I would think that you'd earn less money per hour invested doing things that way then if you opened, say a pay per view site like bernal. A CD, I'd think you'd have to have a hundred images or so
Yeah, about 100 per CD, I'd think, for $20 per CD. Or, I could do specialized books like the Bitch Book, which has been fun thus far, and there seems to be quite a bit of interest in it. I've considered a paysite, that is a possibility, though I'd probably have to do mostly porn to get it going.
