(OLD ART-2004) - Trish Stratus (and Half Life Portraits)
As painful as this is, I have this piece up on my wall as a testimony to improvement. This is a portrait I did as an art project in my first year of high school, of the lovely Trish Stratus.
I loooved doing graphite portraits in school! I did this, along with a portrait of the G-Man (click to view) as well as one of Gordon Freeman (click to view) from Half Life 2.
All these portraits are rather large, and of course pretty tough to look at. If you don't mark your progress, you never truly gain an appreciation for where you've come and how you're developing artistically.
