About:
Tide's younger brother. Since childhood he loves to spend time with him.
According to what Tide says, he's sometimes "too loud". That's because Neon is such positive person and he literally sings about how nice he feels today.
Speaking of his "loud" personality, Neon just loves parties, especially those organized by him where everyone is always welcome.
His sometimes silly behavior adds a little bit of charm to his character.
As told above, Neon like to party and sing. He says that music is the best way to show others how you feel and think.
There's times when Neon acts reckless and then his older brother must show him what life really is like.
Neon is friendly fluffy goofball after all.
