Oh my this one took me way too long to be done.

About:
Virgil is probably the last of his species.
Long time ago Virgil lived with his tribe named as Crimsons.
Feathered dragons are rare in Differom, but Crimson Feathered are the rarest.
That’s mostly because they were haunted for centuries by creatures of Differom, always driven away because of growing Differom nation and being unable to live peacefully and settle down to expand their species.
Even if Crimsons were mighty creatures, bigger and stronger than Differoms they had no chances against huge and great armored armies. Crimsons Leader many times tried to speak to the King of Differom and convince him to leave the dragons and let them live peacefully in region they feel will be great for them all, away from The Kingdom of Differom, but to no avail.
Once when a new king ascended the throne, Crimsons Leader tried again.
To his own surprise King of Differom agreed to his request and let Crimsons choose where they want to live and promised to the dragon that Creatures of Differom won’t bother their species ever again. And it was so, dragons have chosen the warm region on the west of The Kingdom of Differom and named it Onegar.
One time, Virva – Leader’s child wanted to make Differoms pay for what they were doing along centuries. He thought that Differoms were scared that Crimsons could stand against them and wash their existence with an ease, so that’s why Differoms always hunted for Crimsons, because they wanted them to extinct and make their species the most powerful creatures of all living there.
Leader denied his son’s words then.
When Virva grown up he decided to put his plan into practise. First young dragon went to
The Kingdom of Differom in order to find a way to make King guilty for what his ancestors did. But the king when heard Crimson’s ridiculous words only said that as well as he and his people are not responsible for their ancestors past mistakes, and ordered Crimson to leave The Kingdom of Differom and never come back again.
Virva annoyed by King’s ignorance decided to do exactly the same as creatures of Differom did long time ago – kill without reason.
The young dragon began by destroying small villages. First, he was killing individual creatures, and soon he was killing a whole villages and left it abandoned.
Rumors began to circulate among the Creatures of Differom about something that makes whole villages become empty, some of them were saying that's because of horrible desease or maybe just natural disasters.
The King decided to look on whole situation more. He sent couple of soldiers patrols to see what's going on.
But no one returned, and the kingdom received more and more bad news every day about deserted villages from different regions. Then one day to the kingdom came creature who survived attack on one of bigger villages. They said that it's not a desease or natural disasters but a mighty creature which body is covered with crimson marks and leave behind them trail of crimson blood of innocents.
They named it by the Crimson Reaper.
King after hearing this words, irritated went with army to the Onegar.
Crimsons seeing army on borders of their land at first thought king broke his promise
and were ready for combat. Crimson's Leader offered The King of Differom peaceful conversation.
Crimson's Leader was clearly shocked by King's words and offence but provived that for sure it's not any of the Crimson's Dragons. Then he realized what his son told him some time ago about "making Differoms pay for what they did" and was terrified that maybe this whole situation was initiated by him.
Virva without realizing the consequences of his actions returned to Onegar.
He expected praise but only what he received was disappointment in his father's eyes and rejection from the rest of the Crimsons. Virva's tribe rejected him and named as the First Fallen, because none of the dragons broke their code that much and took so many innocent lifes by only itself.
Rejected and furious Virva left his tribe.
Blinded by rage young dragon came to The Kingdom of Differom for his final goal - kill the king.
When he fulfilled his revenge heavily injured, on his way standed the Death Keeper itself. Looking throught all the actions the young dragon did by himself, they decided to punish Virva with the highest punishment Death could give by itself - immortality.
Immortality at first may look like a reward, but soon enough the young dragon realized it's nothing but a curse.
Seeing all his species struggling with their life, being again haunted by Differoms and slowly reaching to their end. His whole species being associated with nothing but with the Crimson Reaper of Onegar, First Fallen.
Virva ashamed by what he have done, he changed his name for Virgil as a specific shortcut for the whole horrible title he got.
Onegar was soon forgotten as the years passed and marked on maps as Fallen Village - village that as the rumors says was supposed to be cursed by the Death itself.

Personality:
Virgil was ambitious young Crimson Feathered Dragon living with his threatened with extinction tribe. Even if his actions wasn’t right he deeply cared for his species.
He was supposed to be leader of the Crimsons one day just like his father was, but now the only thing he is, is just a symbol of rage and hate.
Virgil still lives near Onegar, guarding this place from Differoms and other creatures who wants to take this land as their.
Time for him doesn’t matter anymore, still, he hates Creatures of Differom.
