Yoshi seems to have feelings of shock and happiness at the sight of Bowser. Bowser is usually an unlikely candidate to give gifts, but maybe he will do so just this once. It could be that it is not gifts that are in that bag but rather something or someone else. Frappe Snowland was one of my favorite tracks in Mario Kart 64 and Mario Kart DS, so I decided to use it as a background.
