In the stream this was created in, me, 
WiProgress and a few others were randomly given each other's characters to draw, and I got their Banette Maybilee! Drawn... a little more padded than usual (which is none since she has no reason to wear diapers).
I've wanted to see her diapered ever since I first laid eyes on her, though I'm definitely biased because I LOVE BANETTES~
Also to WiProgress fans, this isn't canon to her character. just a fun little doodle poking fun at how she's a doll.
