Okay, Christmas presents all sent, time for personal art. Did this on my DS in one shot today. I think I'm getting faster with it. Tried starting with more solid brushes, more fat-on-lean. Uh, in digital terms, I guess...
clup introduced me to a very special collection of short stories by George Saunders which were not classics and considering their nature are not bound to be, but they have an immeasurably powerful impact on me for their message, their poignancy, and their nostalgia.
This is a scene from the story of the same name of the book. I won't give anything away, so read it!

Uh...so kind of a downer to post this kind of thing literally an hour before Christmas Day, but it's furry, so it works.

Also George Saunders is entirely a classic! at least in the universities. : q in the 90's almost every fiction writer was trying to imitate him! Saunders wrote a letter congratulating david foster wallace on his MacArthur 'genius' grant (which Saunders already had) and told DFW that he's a huge fan of his work. DFW pretty much replied: whatever kind of fan you are of my work, I am a thousandfold a fan of yours.
hell, you even do backs better than I do http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4896846
