The endless cosmos are a place of chaos and beauty. Each star holds magnificent potential for both wonder and destruction. The ancient tales tell that the constellations have a life unto themselves. Unseen, and impossible for most mortals to comprehend. These constellations exist in a constant state of fluctuating conflict and peace, ever-changing in a wonderful dance of cosmic dust. Even in its incomprehensibility, the stars still must follow their own set of laws. This is where they say Astridus plays his role. A cosmic dragon, whose wings stretch far behind him like tails from a comet. He is known as the warden of the cosmos, a kingly dragon that the constellations revere. His role among the stars is both as a protector, and a ruler. The stories say he is a manifestation of a powerful constellation, but some think he is simply a dragon with enough power to cause the constellations to bow their heads toward him.
