This breed of pokéfolk is known for the bulb that grows on their back. It starts out small when they first hatch, but grows with age and can be quite large when they reach adulthood. They will use this bulb to store extra nutrients for if they wish to evolve, and they will sometimes sunbathe, describing it as refreshing for their more plant-like half.
The males outnumber the females on average, though visually there aren't many differences between the two aside from their privates. Like almost every other pokéfolk, they procreate through eggs, though both males and females will brood them.
