I was dreading drawing an adoptable based on this level because I always dreaded playing this level. It's one of the few levels in the third game that I completely dislike; mostly because I've always found everything about it from the atmosphere to the missions to be completely boring.

So I decided to spice things up: One of the side missions involves taking down a rhynoc sailor named Bluto. So I made a genderbent seal based on Bluto from Popeye.
