…that weapon being the jellied lotus, a flower that grows aphrodisiac nectar globs and fumes a tantalising aroma from within its petals. One of these can be plucked out at a time for a potent, revitalising snack, or the whole load blown into for a blinding cloud of pollen and seeds.
While anyone can consume the nectar it is highly ill advised, as the cloud of pollen needs to just germinate one seed to enthral someone to Loki’s will, and the nectar ingested only makes them more susceptible to the seeds.

To refill the jellied lotus, it also comes with vines growing from beneath it; These vines can be used as grappling hooks or whips, and once they wrap around their target will drain their life force away to nourish the plant.

The catch for such a potent power?: if it’s not the fact that it draws upon Loki’s life force when it’s producing its fruits without a separate source, or that his pheromones only work up close, it’s that Loki can’t resist the temptation to eat one of the globs despite being immune to the aroma. What should only be an extraction of an individual or their knowledge can easily spiral out of control into an out of season bacchanalia,
and glory help him when the flowers finally wilt and he’s the only one pleasuring himself while the whole town’s watching him.
