What happens when a local talk show host catches himself moments before committing an act that I would have had to dump off the air? Why, I turn it into a promo, of course!

This (along with all the other promos I made) were never official promos. There was just a time when my schedule at KFI was 09:00 to 15:00, then 02:00 to 05:00. Rather than travel 60 miles home just to come 60 miles back, I spent 11 hours wandering the halls and napping and whatnot. If a studio was free, I'd cut promos, just for something to do. The night crew started using some of them as space filler, especially the longer ones, when advertising space was light and they had specific times to fill during network programming.

Built on Cool Edit Pro 2 (now Adobe Audition... RIP Syntrillium Software) and yes, that really is a Ridge Racer 4 track as a music bed. I pride myself on my eclectic taste in music, as always!
