Captain Zylrona

She is the Captain of the Lost Mercy.
She is a strong, independent women due to running away from home at an early age.
She ended up on a crew of pirates and rose up the ranks and due to a mutiny of her own doing the former captain died and she made everyone on that vessel take a vow if they cross her they die.

She is found in the ports of Silverymoon as in my verse its a free city and not ruled by a particular political party. The King doesn't mess fares of his citizens and lets the chaos be.
