...The idea also ended up being the main theme for this piece near the last few minutes of drawing. (...actually, exactly when I thought a bleeding halo was an AWESOME idea and I HAD to find somewhere to stick it!) XP

This basically started with me saying, "Yay, it's Christmas! I feel like sketching! I think I'll try gradient shading, which I haven't done in about two years! Oh, and it must be shiny. OH I'M GONNA PUT CRYSTALS IN! ...TOO HAPPY NEEDS REDDD" I haven't drawn anything for the sole reason of fun in, like, forever. This makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. =)
