Now, as prescribed by the doctor, I go to bed much earlier and keep a sleep schedule. It's hard and even after a full sleep I feel very tired. I hope I can do this xD
But nevertheless, handwriting an hour before bedtime can be extremely effective (with tight deadlines XD)
