[COM] Water boyo โ Neoley!
This is Neoley, a swamp-themed scalie that I designed for my client 
Kuroritas . He is a cheerful and curious boy who enjoys spending time in the water. I like to imagine that he hunts big fish underwater using his crossbow (which we'll see in the next version).
Curiously, this is the second time in my life that I have designed a character for another person, the first being the dragon of my partner Breise. It is funny because everyone already knows me well as an artist who has no problem creating new things and is always inventing new stories and characters. Even so, almost all the creations I have made have been for myself and only twice in my life have they been for others.
Nevertheless, the creative process was fun and my client did not have to pay more. Creating is so natural and enjoyable for me, that I do not charge more for it! So if anyone wants a character in the future, you can ask me to design one for you at no extra cost~
Neoley is cute in many ways. He is also one of the few characters that I have designed with a green color. I often find it difficult to work with green as it is my least favorite color in the spectrum. But here it looks fantastic!

i don't know how weird this might sound out of the blue, but i was talking with a friend about a detail that is really apealing when put on a guy.
and then i ran into this while searching for visual examples. but i adore the way you do the hips/thighs.
like, the way thr hip bones stick out enough to give a strong shape to the body, and then how the thighs swell outwards enough to have a nice soft curve to them. i just love it.
