Thoughts: Didn't taste how I was expecting it to taste, I was expecting something more sour but it was more creamy instead. I would have preferred more lemon. It tasted good, however... as leftovers it does not taste great, at least not to me. It just doesn't do well heated up in the microwave, mostly the spinach and dill is the problem I think. I'm not sure if this is good enough for me to make again on my own...
