Captures the essence of the line perfectly, although the Zero Form doesn't look like it reflects Palafin's Base Speed of 100 (certainly reflects the Base HP stat, though, also 100).

Fair! But, Superman is meatier than the Flash and we've seen they go toe to toe speedwise in some versions of said characters.

Yeah, people tend to forget Superman is 'faster than a speeding bullet'. His surprising speed comes partially from having such strong legs and core muscles.

When I first heard of Finizen and Palafin, I went absolutely nuts because finally, FINALLY, we had Dolphin Pokemon. That was good enough... but then I saw Hero Form's base stats. Hero Form's lowest base stat is 87.Anything at or above 80 for a non-HP base stat is good. The 100 in HP? Same base HP as Happiny.

The offensive stats are why Palafin Hero Form is so good. Base Special Attack of 106 is good enough, but then you add max EV and throw in a IV of at least 15 and even the Special moves are hitting like dump trucks. Physical Attack? HIGHEST OF ANY WATER TYPE IN THE GAME AT A BASE 160. EV training isn't needed here, just an IV of at least 15 (at least 20 if you really want to highlight Hero Form being based on Superman).

EV goes in the HP and any other stat (unless Special Defense IV is at least 13 and Physical Defense IV is less than 3, in which EV goes in the HP and Physical Defense stats).

Finizen has such a boyish charm here, he’s probably my fave out of the three. I love the Superman style dyed hair on palafin though. He seems a little uncomfortable in zero form, I wonder why?
