Mommy Marmel's stuffing recipe:
Whisk two eggs in a bowl until mixed. Chop up 2 stalks celery, half a small onion, add to bowl. Shred about half a loaf stale bread or equivalent. Add 1/2 tsp of poultry seasoning. Goosh together until blended. If more moisture is desired, add a bit of milk. Stuff into bird and bake at 350 degrees F for about 2.5 hours. Devour!

From Chris: Remember, the turkey baster is your friend. You do want to baste the turkey at least every half hour if you don't want it to get dry (or at least brine your turkey beforehand, whichever comes first.)
