Another design based off a favorite style/animal of a twitter mutual :3

I have a few regrets with this one - the trench coat obscures his weird barrel chest, and the hardware of the shoes look like pilgrim belt buckles from far away, and he smacks of Admiral Ackbar - but overall I'm pretty happy with this :3 The coloring on the fins especially turned out fun!
