it is hard to conceptualize because I feel their voice should be chosen as the one that imposes their vibe on the listener.

with Larry he definitely has a subdued, emotionless voice most of the time, until he decides to be angry. - since Larry's explosive bursts of anger are strategic.

He is theatrical in the way political rhetoric is, except he only projects when speaking socially - in an actual speech he'd speak mechanically. -- as he prefers to come off as a technician when addressing a crowd.

meanwhile Kolt's voice would probably be something like Smaug mixed with Uncle Fester from Addams Family.

Kolt is after all the scaly equivalent of Uncle fester anyway.
